Behavioral Health Homes Learning Collaborative
Maine Quality Counts has a strategic priority to advance the integration of physical and behavioral health care as a key strategy for improving overall health care quality.
Addressing this priority, Maine Quality Counts worked in partnership with MaineCare to support the implementation of Behavioral Health Homes through the Maine State Innovation Model (SIM) by coordinating the Behavioral Health Homes Learning Collaborative.
About the Behavioral Health Homes Learning Collaborative
The Collaborative provided the opportunity for Behavioral Health Home providers from different organizations to join together in a structured environment to learn about best practices and quality methods in chosen areas and engage in peer learning where participants share experiences on what has worked in their settings.
