Become a Quality Counts Member-

Organizations and individuals in the state of Maine with an interest in improving chronic illness prevention and care and a willingness to make a commitment to supporting Quality Counts are invited to become Members of Quality Counts.

Become a Quality Partner-

Building a growing pool of "Quality Partners of Support" is critical to the work of measurably improving health and healthcare for Maine.  While annual QC Membership dues help to support core operations, additional contributions made as a Quality Partner of Support help expand and spread the effort to increase the reach of improvement efforts.
