The Maine PCMH Pilot Year 1 Dashboard was designed to help practices assess their progress toward achieving the Year 1 goals of the Pilot as they relate to both the Core Expectations and the participation requirements.  The  ME PCMH Pilot practices will receive a preliminary Dashboard Report in November 2010 and a final in December 2010.
