Aligning Forces for Quality

Led by Maine Quality Counts in close partnership with the Maine Health Management Coalition and the Dirigo Health Agency’s Maine Quality Forum, the AF4Q initiative in Maine is bringing together the people who get, give and pay for care to work toward common, fundamental objectives to lead to better care.
