Maine Provider Database
In our efforts to ensure that physician practice data used to report quality results in the Pathways to Excellence (PTE) program is accurate and up-to-date, Quality Counts is working with the Maine Health Management Coalition and the Maine Quality Forum to update demographic and contact information for physician practices. And we need your help! We are asking one person from each PCP practice to complete an online data collection form for the Maine Provider Database.
